At the O'Connell Cricket Club, we believe in the importance of defining and upholding shared values within our Club. Live up to the spirit of cricket and treat everyone with respect both on and off the field including officials, the opposition, team-mates and spectators.

Promote the community focused culture of our club by engaging socially with team-mates, their families and our opposition.

Community
Actively promote community participation to ensure members past and present, supporters, sponsors and families feel welcome.
